What counts as an 'active player'?
An active player is anyone who attends at least one event during the calendar month. The count resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I hit my event limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade when creating new events. Existing events continue as normal—we'd never disrupt an event mid-month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Free tier is forever free and lets you try out the platform with up to 4 events and 50 players per month. Upgrade anytime when you're ready for more.
What are Maj and Heather?
Maj is your players' AI assistant - she helps with Mahjong rules, shows their stats and upcoming events, and answers questions about the platform. Heather is the admin assistant - she helps manage contacts, compose emails, and guides you through platform features. Both are included with Starter plans and above.
